"Experience has been absolutely horrible. The product arrived DOA, at which point the company wanted me to ship the product back at my cost so they could presumably ship me a working product this time. A dispute was filed as having to pay to ship a brand new product BACK overseas should not be the customers responsibility. After several email contacts we settled the dispute and I shipped the product back. I have yet to receive the product back, my card company claims they took the money back off since the dispute settled (Paypal middle man), and Vdigi claims they haven't gotten their money so they're not sending back the product (and thus not covering my costs to ship the product back to them via the dispute settlement). Was the money lost in the Paypal middleman system they use for billing (consequently the only pay system available), are their records in err? Who knows. A new dispute was raised with the card comapny to clear myself of the charges as they've gotten their product back. Absolutely horrible experience."
"Ordered 11/10/04, package was recieved 11/18/04. Mind you, I was useing the cheapest shipping possible and the VGA adapter was coming from Hong-Kong! Excellent service and support. Highly recommended!"
