"WORSE WORSE Customer service everrrrrrrrrrr. Instead of doing what's right for his customers, he even argues against you then unreasonably hang up on you and refuse to pick up the phone. I recently bought an item from him and apparently according to the ad there were missing parts. I called in for it but he refused to acknowledge it until I took a picture of unopened package and showed him the website of the original manufacturer's package. Then he would decide to deliver it. But when I got the package, apparently one of the items were DOA, when I call him in for an RMA. There were total of 2 items together and they suppose to hook up to one another. Apparently one of the two parts were DOA and I called in for an RMA on the item. He kept on argue to me that I didn't need to use the DOA part no matter what. But according to the manufacturer site, the only way to make the 1st piece (the non-DOA) part to work, you need the second part (DOA part) that complements with it. Apparently he was really stubborn and hung up on me unreasonably and refused to pick up the phone again."

"I had the pleasure of watching the CygnosV2 Install on my XBOX360. I would never try this on my own. The methodology, expertise, and precision could not be attained without the same equipment and experience. Worth DOUBLE what I paid for such great work. The Cygnos looks as if it came with the BOX.
