"Booked car for 6 days. Picked up car late 2 hours. Booking was cancelled. Rude staff firstly was trying to look for the excuse. Then came up with a reason of being late to pick up car. VIP car team firstly pointed voucher and info in it. After showing them voucher did not contain such info they started to give more excuses. BE CAREFUL. COME ON TIME. ANC WATCH OUT. THEY ARE ONE OF A KIND. "
