Er hat eine wahrhaft große Geduld und half mir trotz der Sprachbarrieren sehr sehr gut weiter und konnte meine Zweifel und meine Fragen zum Auto komplett beantworten. Eins würde ich gern an die Chefetage als positive Kritik weiterleiten, das man als Kunde doch gern vorab die Kaution sehen möchte, bevor man die Buchung abschließt. Es ist zum Teil sehr unübersichtlich. Und leider ist für Deutschland die Deutsche Telefonnummer nicht erreichbar. Man bekommt keinen Anschluss.
