"This is the first time we used Carwiz, VIP Cars and Pace Rental Cars. They were excellent. The process was seamless. Carol Hope from VIP was extremely responsive and professional. There was good communication prior to the trip (we live in Toronto, Canada) and during the trip. Edson was also excellent. We dropped the car off in Port Elizabeth and there were no hiccups. You do need data to ensure cell phone communication as there is no office at the airports - this did not hinder the process due to VIP Cars being efficient, responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with.
