"Ordered a RAZOR MX650 dirt bike for my son and was concerned that it would not be here for Christmas. Best price anywhere! Placed the order about 5PM and a shipping label was processed at 11PM. Shipped the following day and this where it went a little astray....The shipping company OnTrac tried to deliver at 8PM to the business address I used to insure it would be delivered to me on time. Second attempt for delivery was 2 days later and I got a notification that OnTrac tried to deliver and left a Door Tag on showing unavailable to deliver at 4:45. Well, I have 3 shipping and receiving personal until 5:30 and there was no Door Tag in site. Sounds like OnTrac just didn't want to deliver that day, they never showed-up. Called Liz in customer service at VMInnovations and she was polite and said she would call OnTrac to find out where my bike was. She did and the bike was delivered the following day. In short, VMInnovtions Rocks, especially Liz ....OnTrac blew it for VMInnovations. VMInnovations need to find another shipping company. Thank you Liz......"
