The expanding bag is nice. The tent fits into the bag even if you fold it in a rush!!"

"I have to take a star off unfortunately for the horrible shipping experience I had. Other than that one issue I had a great experience with VMInnovation. They offered a great price and quick shipping. It's hard to complain about the shipping when it is free but the company they used LaserShip is terrible. Their website on Thursday said my package was delivered and was left on the front porch. Of course it was nowhere to be found so I contacted LaserShip via email and got a email back saying it was under investigation. I called VMInnovations Friday spoke with a friendly rep that told me she would talk with LaserShip. Saturday my package showed up sitting on a brick wall next to the driveway it was soaking wet, so bad that you couldn't read the address label. So I assume they mis delivered it found it and just left it out in the weather too lazy to put it under the covered front porch. I searched online LaserShip for reviews to find a lot of people with the same complaint. VMINNOVATIONS is a great company but should not choose to ship with LaserShip again.
