"Ordered parts for a brad nailer. Several weeks goes by and I never receive the parts. After several phone calls I get a call back, and even though I have the email in front of me saying they received the order. They said they never received the order and they will need to cancel my original order and I will need to order again. Well if they never received my order how can they cancel my order??? The caller was calling from an out of country call center. Thick accent and I could hear multiple callers in the background. This is a scam. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! "

"Needed a replacement glass shelve for my whirlpool fridge. Found part I needed and ordered on 1/13/2021 and it came in three days. There are some cheaper sites but had worse reviews so tried this place
