"I ordered a few small parts and they charge me right away but didn’t ship for 10 days. When I got the order one item was a incorrect and they would on respond to email; also the phone number had been removed from their site. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back."
"Placed an order 2 weeks ago and have been trying to get a hold of them since then via email and almost daily calls, To date no response to either request. They did however charged immediately for the parts during check out process followed by email confirmation of the order and a note that I will be notified when shipped.
I order quite a bit online and never have I had the 0 response from any seller across the globe.
This is an absolute joke and waste of time, they should close the door and stop wasting everyone's time."

"I placed an order for items totaling over $100. They confirmed order and immediately charged me. After a week with no further information about shipping or any updates at all, I emailed and called them. Email went unanswered and their “customer service” call line automatically bumps to voicemail, which I left, also unanswered.
Weeks later, several more emails and voicemails later, still zero response, zero updates, and no items from my order have been sent to me.
I am in process of disputing charges and consider this company to be a complete scam.
How reputable vacuum brands (Dyson, Miele etc.) are sold on their site is unbelievable to me, they should discontinue their relationship with this company completely.
In short, total scammers! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!"
"Worst online company I ever tried to deal with. Placed an order on 10/26. Received an email confirming order. I emailed them 3 times & never received a reply about the shipping status. Tried to call them with the number they have listed but it would not connect. Had to file a complaint with PayPay to get my money back. "On Easter I ordered a Henry vacuum cleaner had excuse after excuse about how yodel couldn’t find my address, 1 month went buy with different excuses then was told they didn’t have my vacuum in stock (yodel lost it) I asked for refund which took another 2 weeks to say ok. "Absolute joke of a company, I ordered a new hoover from them they sent the wrong model which was used. I had to take various photos and send rediclous amounts of emails to return. They then sent another hoover which I told them I didn't want due to the many problems I had trying to return to first one. Couldn't stop laughing at what they had sent me, as this one was two different models of different colours cobbled together to make one unit and it was dirty and used. 55 email later I had open a case with pay Pal to get my money back. Do not buy anything from this company it's not worth the grief!!!!!!!!"

This is absolutely a ridiculous customer support and I feel I have been cheated. I wish I had gone through google reviews before I made my purchase.
I made my purchase on 14th November. On 24th November I expressed my disappointment and requested for RMA. I didn’t receive any reply from them. On 28th November, and sent a reminder again for RMA. I was asked by the customer support on 29th November to provide serial number. It was shared the same day.
I received my RMA on 4th December and the vacuum was returned to them on the same day for refund.
And now I received message that directvacums is getting it delivered back to me. This is nonsense and unfair. It’s clearly mentioned in their policies (https://www.directvacuums.co.uk/returns) that it can be returned without any quibbles in first 14 days. Now how can they expect me to return without RMA ?
I would not buy from this service again. I was hoping to recommend this service to my colleagues in the hospital. Now, I would definitely not recommend this for sure.

"Advertise yodel 24. They do not use this service. They use Hermes. I ordered on sunday 7th Oct for delivery on Tuesday 9th October. I took day off work and waited. It didn't arrive. I tried phoning several times with no answer. I emailed 4 times with no answer. I eventually got through on thursday 11th and was told they don't use yodel anymore. I was told it would be with me Friday 12th. It is now Friday 12th so I checked on Hermes tracking. Hermes have not got my parcel yet. Direct vacuums are a shambles of a company. They should not advertise yodel 24. Stay away from them unless you want a lot of stress and hassle. Shambles."
"Bought a refurbished vacuum from them on eBay, it never really had full suction and was sent instructions multiple times on cleaning it which we followed and never made a difference. Finally accepted a warranty return so we posted it back at our cost and now they are saying the vacuum was overused and had a blocked pipe, lies! now they want money to return my un-repaired vacuum back! AVOID AVOID AVOID."
