"My experience is a mirror to previously posted reviews. When there was no reply to 8 emails, 5 attempts to call (no answer or busy signal), no new info on my invoice, etc. I immediately called my credit card company to stop payment & get a refund. My next step was to contact the attorney general of my state to file a complaint. This MIGHT get the scam artist attention! My order was a small purchase so I feel this store owner was bought cheap if he had to steal such a small amount of $$$. As always, BUYER BEWARE!"

"One of the worst online experiences I've ever had. Placed an order for vacuum bags on 8/20/08. Received a confirmation e-mail from them very shortly afterwards. Then I waited... and waited... and waited.

When I followed the link for order status, it would show my order with no tracking information or anything. When I e-mailed their customer support at least 3 times via their website, I received absolutely NO response. I tried to reply to the e-mail address the order confirmation came from and that bounced back as undeliverable. I also tried to call the number listed on their website multiple times and the number would not connect.

The only thing they did promptly was charge my credit card. After a month of this waiting and talking to a blank wall, I contacted my credit card company and they credited me for the amount these clowns took.

I would NEVER EVER order from them again. If you order from them, you're wasting your time and will surely be contacting your credit card company to fight the charges in a month's time when you never receive what you paid for. I searched for reviews on this company and never found any. It's my duty to warn the rest of you away from this useless company."
