"THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!Ordered a belt for my vacuum on Nov 1, was told on the 2nd that it was shipped. November 19th....STILL NO BELT....and absolutely no contact from vacuums24x7. It is horrible to go so long without a vacuum in a home of a family. I really just wish they would have said something to me so that I can order my hard to find dyson vacuum belt from someone else instead of steal my money and drag me along. I wish I would have researched this company and found this site before I ordered!"

"Vacuums 24x7 is very slow to fill orders.Only received half my order.The other half they claim "is not available anywhere in U.S.". It is a roller brush for a Dyson.It is a common part and available at every other merchant I've contacted.I called Vacuums 24x7 .Their telephone # ***-***-**** .Im told that it will be arriving shortly.Poor execuse for a business.I would not recommend them to anyone."

"I am normally very patient, but this place is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Communication about why I did not receive my order difficult at best, and received a rather nonsensical excuse as a response. Now at the point of zero responses, and of course, no product delivered. I requested my order be canceled, my card refunded, and an email response verifying that has happened. A perfect candidate for lawsuits and the BBB. I am not vindictive, but perhaps if enough of us do just that something will happen. "

"I ordered over $50.00 worth of various vac parts and have not received anything as of today. On 2/16/10 I received an automated email from Falcon Trading Co. (Vacuums24x7.com) explaining that the bad weather has delayed shipments. Then on 2/25/10 I received another email stating that my order was sent to their warehouse but with the caveat that this did not mean that my order would ship right away and that I would receive another email once my goods shipped--I am still waiting. Then I finally found another way to email them (****@****) and got this reply: "New Greetings from ****@****!

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE MESSAGE. IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION
ABOUT THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER.

So I tried the url to the support desk and got this: I tried to contact them by email and got a drop-down box as follows: "A username and password are being requested by http://www.vacuums24x7.com. The site says: "V24X7"". I don't recall setting up a username and password! At any rate, I have no heard from them and if I dont' by tomorrow I will file a complaint with * Commodities Fraud: Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)

Unit F, Chantilly VA 20151 and you can reach the owner directly at the email address smutlu at gmail dot com." Seems like we might be getting ripped-off!

"Fter months of trying to get an answer as to WHY my order has not shipped...I AM STILL WAITING..the latest word is that the original owner filed bankruptcy..this is a CROCK!! So many times these companies do this to avoid being taken to court for stealiong customer money..change names and "OWNERS" when in fact the originals owners have just changed company names. My husband is an attorney and as such we will keep investigating until this is resolved..one way or the other. there is no place for people like this except for one! Sharon"

"I still have not received my order. I was told last week that my order would go out on the 25th of Feb and was late due to snow storms in the area. I would recieve an update and a tracking number then in an email. I have not received either. Everytime I try to send an email, I get no answer. Now I am blocked from the website and they don't answer my emails."

"Ordered on Early Feb, when I didn't get my order I went through their "contact" process, I got a blanket reply about winter storms closing down the entire area. After another two weeks I still got no reply so I tried again to contact them, after three more emails They said the order was sent to their warehouse. After a couple more weeks with no parts, I have tried for the last week to contact them with absolutely no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! Now I am going to have to dispute with the CC company, and I am going to see if I can get an interstate fraud investigation going."

"It's a little late but I ordered a part from the potomacvac Guys and now have to dispute it through my card company,PayPal,and the new owner whom I haven't had any reply from. The first order was on a backorder for a time until they fessed up and said they went under. The next order through the new guy at Falcon went great it was a matter of what you ordered and when that why in my opinion some felt they got screwed and others didn't "

"As most everyone else will testify these guys are the genuine rip off artists. My order was placed 01/01/2010 and I still havent seen my parts. But, they have seen my money. I have tried several emails but they don't have the nerve to even email me back. I have threatened to turn them in so they have blocked me from their yahoo site. What a couple of real men we have here. And thank you Yahoo for supporting and doing business with these ---holes. I did find a phone # and address for these theif's. But good luck making contact. I think they have already skipped."

"After seeing several poor reviews I feel compelled to write in defense of this seller.. i order TWICE from them, once for my bissell cleaner that the local store wanted more than its value to repair and received exactly what I needed to fix it myself and it was received in perfect time and excellent new condition, well packaged. Additionally I ordered a new switch for oreck xl vacuum because of a bad diode that made it remain in only the highest speed and caused the handle to heat up.. received exactly what I ordered, timely, and it works perfectly now and I AM A WOMAN DOING ALL ALL OF THESE THINGS! Thanks to vacuums24x7 i SAVE tons of money on outside repairs that even a caveman can do!!"

"BEWARE!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased a part from these guys. After looking at the vacuum more i realized there was more wrong and it would be costly to fix. So i sent them two emails over two weeks ago and no response back. There is no phone number to call them. So i sent the package back to the return address, and it says the sender has moved and that UPS is trying to locate them. This place is all about ripping you off. If you get the wright part your good, if not your screwed, they already took your money and you wont get it back. If you like to gamble then buy from these guys because it is a crap shoot you might be ok and you might not. I lost, i wish i would have read the reviews before i bought from them. They have more negative than positive--- THAT SAYS IT ALL!!!! I just thought i would add this,,, i see the company says under new ownership by falcon tradeing company. It may be a new name but they still have all the same policies as the out of business company potamic vacuums.. They blame there going out of business on the government ... That is a load of B.S.. they probably went out because they were activly ripping customers off and the BBB caught on to them. They had a really bad BBB rateing. This new company is just a different name with the same jokers ripping people off. A company with no phone number to contact them if there is a problem, and look at all the red flags when it comes to returning something. Read it.. they double the shipping cost and charge you a percentage for return.... RIP OFF!!! BEWARE!! NEW NAME SAME POLICIES!!!! Dont become a victim of this company. One last thing they said everyone that purchased a part before january 20, will not be receiving a part or a refund because times were so hard on them and the economy hurt there company...... NO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS... and now they are trying to pass the buck onto paypal .. hopeing that paypal will pick up there slack for being rip off type business that caught up to them. REMEMBER DIFFERENT NAME BUT ALL THE SAME POLICIES>>> BEWARE! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.. I would definatly shop from a company with a phone number and fair return practices. "

"Excellent ordered parts on January 5, 2010, received parts on January 12, 2010. Not quite was else one can expect. received automated email updates along the way.
Not sure why others are saying negative things. Do your research and order the part for your vacuum. They send it.
I saved over 25 dollars, and only spent 58. Percentage wise it was a crazy deal.
