"Vacuum Sealers Unlimited sells a wide range of products related to vacuum sealing. They appear to be a small business and offer competitive prices. They advertise some of their vacuum sealer bag rolls as being more durable than Food Saver brand bags. Based upon that information I decided to go ahead and give their products a try.
I discovered that their bags suffered the same problem in the freezer that I have with Food Saver bags - as soon as someone moves them around in the freezer while digging for other food some of the bags are punctured and lose their vacuum. When I returned the remaining rolls Vacuum Sealers unlimited made me pay for return shipping, deducted their initial shipping from my refund, and refused to refund the tax I had paid on the order. When I inquired about the tax I was basically told that I was lucky they didn't ding me with a 20% restocking fee, too.
So, all in all, going to all the trouble of giving them a chance ended up costing me about $45. I could have bought a similar product from Amazon and received a full refund if I had problems, but I had to go and be stupid enough to try and support a small business."
