I called to see if I could have it exchanged for the item I ordered and was told that I first had to print out a label, carry the heavy thing into a UPS store, ship it back, wait for them to receive it and issue a refund, which I was told would take 5-7 business days and it is now 10 business days with no refund, and then I could go online and repurchase the item over again that I originally purchased.
