"I ordered the mimipacer for my dog. It did not work so got in touch with Wag manufacturer. They sent another control but it didnt work either after taking the machine apart. Called them and the girl stated that there should not be any loose wires. We had noted one wire unconnected. We located the connection and connected and the minipacer now works. The quality assurance for the Wag company needs improvement. It took us a couple of hours to take apart, connect, and reassemble. Glad it works now but it was a real pain in the neck. Thank you."
