"I used this on my adult yellow lab and it only took three days for him to totally stop jumping. The hardest part is just making sure you are there to ensure the dog doesn’t chew the leads. My lab didn’t even attempt to chew them but some dogs may. The funny part is he still trots even though the harness is not on anymore "

I ordered my package to a PO Box but bc the ship UPS, there was a hang up ( I wish the system had caught that at check out). When I starting wondering where my package was, I finally found an email in Spam saying to call them about shipping. Upon calling, I was advised that if I wanted to do a PO Box it needed to be sent SurePost and that would be more money. Of course that frustrating especially bc by now my package is already late for a birthday anyways BUT the customer service representative was very nice, speedy and got my package right on its way.
