I contacted customer service to request a replacement and was told they were out of stock on the promo item. I'm very disappointed that it wasn't replaced with a similar, or even cheaper one. I have to wonder if they offered them free to increase sales while getting rid of junk supplies."

"I placed my order on April 24th and didnt receive it until May 7th. Once received, one of the set of 4 ShoFly boots only had 3 in the package. I sent an email with a picture on May 11th, got no response. Called on May 15th and was told they would ship replacement on the 15th and send a follow up email. It is now th 21st and I have not yet received a replacement or a follow up email. Very disappointed with their service."
