"Even though it says Free Return Shipping in big letters on the front of their website, beware! They will charge you to return your rental within the 30 day period for a full monetary return, making my rental cost $63 instead of $48, and then being out $15. On top of this, the book took two and a half weeks to get here, causing some serious frustration. Customer Service is zero help either, one representative didn't even address my question, and the other moved on from the topic before I could ask all my questions. Will NOT be renting from here again."
