"I purchased the book on 1/12/18. On 1/13/18, true to the advertising, I received a tracking number within 3 -5 days. This implies that they are actually going to ship in 3 -5 days. This is not the case! They prepare the tracking ahead of time and then take it to the post office whenever. In my case, the tracking says that the post office did not actually receive the book until 1/19/18. Now, USPS did their part on the book is suppose to be delivered today 1/25/18.

So, the upside is that you do get a tracking number to follow the progress of your book. The downside is that it may take them a week to actually ship the book.

I received a notice that ETA on my book was 1/17 - 1/27. The reason for the large gap in delivery ETA is because they may not ship it out immediately.

UPSIDE: They are quick to respond to your inquires. I sent a couple between 1/15 - 1/19 because the tracking kept reporting that USPS hadn't received the book yet for shipping.

I would use them again if I wasn't in a hurry to get the book. "
