"I sent a perfect condition textbook to sell back to them. I shipped it it multiple layers of bubble wrap and in a cardboard box. I was very surprised to get an email that the book could not be accepted because of cover damage. I dropped the class, but the book on my shelf and never even opened it. It was in absolutely perfect condition. When they returned it the entire back cover had been sliced with a box cutter, there were stickers on the back and side and red ink on the bottom of the pages. Now I'm just out because no one will buy it in the condition they returned it. Don't trust them! They either switched my book with a damaged one so they didn't have to pay me or they aren't competent to use a box cutter. Either way I would go anywhere else!"

When i tried returning, they wouldn’t refund my money because a month had passed since I placed the order. They refused to take any responsibility for a more-than-2-week delay in the shipment of the book or take measures to rectify it. I am appalled by such poor customer service in today’s day and age.
