"My daughter ordered a book before school started. When she got to class the professor had changed the book. We contacted valore books on day 31 from the order (it was less that 30 days that she had received the book). At first they refused to accept the return. After many emails they agreed to accept the return but charge a 20% restocking fee. this was a book that had not been opened or even touched except taking it out of the shipping box. Very disappointed and will never use or recommend!"

"The shipping label is very confusing and it says return address. When I try to track this package it does not let me and it says Its been in New Haven for over 2 weeks. I like doing business with your company but I would like the shipping to be faster. The shipping label is not as clear like other textbook companies. I am wondering why it says Parcel Select RTN SVC. and at the top left it says return address 2,3,4. This seems like I am returning the textbooks to the post office. Please get back to me. "
