"It is over 2 weeks since my order & not only have I not received the phone I ordered but they haven't even notified me that it has been shipped and is on it's way. I have emailed them twice and received replies within 24hrs each time saying they will email me when the item has been shipped.
Their website says it ships in 2 - 4 days!
I was not happy to find out after placing the order that the information is then given that you have to wait 6 - 9 working days after it ships before delivery. But it it takes over 10 working days just to leave their warehouse, who knows when it will arrive. I'm beginning to wonder if this is not a legitimate business. Perhaps I will never get the phone I paid for.
After more than 3 weeks, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I received an email saying that it would take 2 - 5 working days on their part to process my request and then 2 - 3 days for the bank to receive the payment. They said I would receive an email when the refund was initiated. After 14 working days I have still not received an email and of course no refund yet.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!"

"I've bought a DJI Phantom 3 on ValueBasket on the 31st of March and expected delivery was 5-8 working days. On the 8th of April they answered my email saying that the item would be dispatched on the 18th April what didn't happen. I wrote another email chasing them and got a reply on the 29th April saying that they couldn't garantee when the item would be dispatched.
I've just been to their website and they say they have the items in stock (4) but my order still hasn't been dispatched. My conclusion is that they provide false information on their stocks levels to induce people to buy with them. DO NOT THRUST THIS WEBSITE ! I've been waiting for my order for 40 days and it hasn't been dispatched yet.
UPDATE: After this post they just CANCELLED my order without my request! This is a complete absurd!"
"having ordered a camera once before, although postage was a little slow camera was great, Sony a77ii, tried to order sony 70-400 lens, after a month of having my money they said they were out of stock even though it said 8 available when i ordered mine, ended up forcing them for a refund. Had i learnt my lesson?, no i thought i would try once more as their prices are attractive, this time for a sony 70-200 mkii, well they took my money as soon as ordered item and it has now been 20 days and just being fobbed of with automated email replys, uk phone line is a set up, you will never speak to anyone. "I purchased a phone , after 4 weeks it failed , it took them 1.5 month to make them understand the phone is faulty and they played for another month to blame it on me for the fault. More than 90 e-mail messages back and forth , more than 10 days spend on this issue and finally realised they are playing games and they have no intention to repair the fault. I went to a lawyer , she gave me some directions , but she said because they facked thier presence in the country ( New Zealand) , therefore it is hard to chase them down in legal system , but I am following it up and I do not stop until I make sure they will pay for their fraudulent actions .
