"Value Nutrition advertises low price, but their service is terrible. It is almost impossible to contact them. They only supply customer service by web form and then go for many days with no reply. They provide no phone access to customer service. If their service was great, this would not be a problem, but their service is poor. I received defective minerals that the manufacturer said that I need to return to the retailer. ValueNutrition hasn't responded, now for 3 days. This company is not worth the lower price - go elsewhere."

"This website is horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I placed an order on January 3rd and waited for my vitamins. Two weeks went by and I saw that my order still didn't go through the warehouse nor was it shipped. I tried to contact someone to find out what was going on with my order but to no avail. I got fed up and then tried to cancel my order and I couldn't even do that. Finally, I wrote an angry email and someone canceled my order. Now I have been waiting for my refund since January 13th. "Wow...yes, so it sounds like I'm definitely not alone in my experience with this vendor. I had nearly the same experience as the other posters on this website. I placed an order ($28 in soap...it's really nice soap:) and was immediately charged. Soap didn't show after a couple weeks, went online, saw status of soap was "out of stock". You know the rest. Eventually stated I wanted a refund. It's been almost 2 months since original order and still no refund or product.
Now I know. Don't buy from companies that don't have a phone number (and/or physical address) on their website. And do a little more research before you purchase online. Fool me once, shame on you! Fool me twice, shame on me. "
"Horrible Experience. All of my orders were placed on the same day. Changed ship to address in my account to the third address, Value Nutrition ships all of them to the same address. None of the orders went to the right address. I contacted them, to change address on one order and all the orders were messed up. Good luck getting a hold of anybody in person either, you keep getting sent back to the online help - which is useless. Also, one order was sent out late and we never received an email that it was backordered. Messed up all the way around - don't shop here."

My order was listed as back ordered, and after 2 weeks of them pushing back the ship date, I cancelled my order. That was 2 weeks ago. I wrote last week asking about my refund. Have yet to receive it.
Am about to file a claim to get my money back. There are good reviews for this company when you view them on google's shopping search, that are supposedly from resellerratings.com. When you actually look at the reviews still listed on this site, the only ones are the 1 stars. this leads me to believe that the good reviews have been removed because they are fakes.

Ordered the products on 11/27/10. After nearly two weeks of not receiving the products i checked my email. No correspondence..... OK i went online to the website on 12/10/2010. They still hadn't shipped it! All that they have listed is that on 11/29/2010 they are out of stock and will ship the products once they have it all. WTF. I spent over $100 and was charged that day i ordered. I never once received an email saying that they are out of stock. When ordering the website never mentioned they were out of stock. So obviously they have no idea what inventory they have. If this was my company and someone just spent $100. I would ship the products i did have and not be so cheap that i would forbid two shipments. I mean damn they offer free shipping if you spend more than $50! I did that twice. And why the hell not at least have the decency to email me and tell me the order is being held up??????? Offer me a discount, apologize something, anything other than forcing me to play detective and figure it out. So i went online to cancel the order and get this. They stated that since it was sent to their warehouse they are not able to cancel it.... Oh and good luck finding a phone number to call someone. They are too cheap and to offer that. Or they know they are screwing the customers and hope they give up.

"Good news: the online customer service usually responds on the next day after inquiry, and what they say does make sense.
Bad news: all the rest.
1. My credit card was charged immediately 09/21/2010 (and not upon shipping like all serious online vendors do).
2. The item I ordered went on backorder, but continued to be listed as “in stock” on the ValueNutrition website. I indicated this fact to the customer service on 10/07, but it continued to be listed “in stock” for three weeks more, that is for more than five weeks in total. Which is fraudulent marketing.
3. Nothing ever happens until you inquire. I received no communication that the item was out of stock, and discovered it only in two weeks when started tracking my order online.
4. By the way, the order status was a mess. It stated that I requested refund, which I did not (at that point yet).
5. My next inquiry came on 10/27; then the company confessed that the item is not going to be available ever, and cancelled the order. It took them more than a month and one more reminder (on 11/16) to finally refund on 11/29. Again, as opposed to reputable companies which refund immediately.
At least they did it, although I already started to fill out the credit card charge dispute form at my bank.
