I wanted to buy additional filters also and so unfortunately ordered the wrong item.
It was listed as "Catit Drinking Fountain, with filters 3pk. I assumed 3pk meant the number of filters NOT the number of fountains.

I must now return, at my cost, two fountains because of the way
your website wrote out the item. I am requesting a credit on my Master Card although there is no place on the return form for such a request. Being unhappy about the order and having
to pay for the return I certainly hope my credit request is honored. I DO NOT need a store credit."
