My satisfaction would have been rated 5 stars except that after placing the order, I didn't receive a confirmation email indicating what I had ordered or the amount. The box arrived in good condition but there was no invoice in there, either. When I went to your site and entered my email address to search for my order, the response was "none". I'm certainly glad I recorded the order after it was placed and before I left your website. Confirmation and a copy of the invoice would have made my experience much better."
