"I place my first order for 200 cow ears and 100 bully sticks. well I got the cow ears but nothing on the bully sticks. I called customer service and they told me they were all shipped together and I never received the bully sticks. Seems like customer service has no clue what is going on. Now I have no bully sticks (which spent over $80) and I am in limbo waiting for customer to search for 3 days and they insist they were shipped, so pretty much calling me a liar. I really hope they get this figured out! Such a headache and do not think I will order again!!!!"
