"This was a very frustrating experience. I spent well over $200 on products, only to find out afterwards that the Vet told me my dog was not able to digest Greenies. I stupidly ordered more of them before this diagnosis. When I contacted Value Pet Supply for a return or exchange they had this option where I could use a FedEx return for my exchange and be charged $9.00 which sounded reasonable. I live on an island in Washington and for me to go to one of a handful of FedEx stores would have cost me a minimum of $80 between Ferry Trips and Gasoline. The company had NO WAY of forwarding a full exchange LABEL from FedEx, just a FedEx Number, so after calling multiple stores and being turned down and getting very frustrated I just gave up and shipped back what cost me $89 in Greenies for over $27 in US Postal charges. As a senior citizen, almost 70 years old it is difficult for me to get around, so I contacted all the people in my address book and told the ones with Dogs to avoid using this vendor as it was very difficult to deal with them under their current return policy. My friends extend from Southern California to the North end of Washington and all across the US all the way to Tennessee. I don't think my small group of friends will make much of an impact on this company, but they are impossible to deal with and definitely NOT WORTH what ever savings they have. So don't do business with them if you can go somewhere else. "
