"I had occasion to speak to Michelle Posey while shopping for new furniture for my kitchen and she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend anyone that shops in this store to use her expertise. any management that happens to be reading this should give her a raise or some other type of recognition."

"They delivered my kitchen table with no chairs. I had to wait over a week to have my items delivered and when they delivered my items they did not deliver my chairs. When I called and asked about my chairs I was told "Oh it must be a computer glitch". I was then told I would have to wait over another week before they would deliver my chairs. I was told a manger would call me and a manager never called me. I called and spoke with and assistant manager and it was obvious that they did not care. The poor customer service was beyond disappointing. I paid nearly $2,000 for my table set and delivery fees, they had my money and could care less about providing quality customer service. I even asked if I could just go pick up my items. Prior to purchasing I specifically asked about the time framed for the delivery of my items because I had a family gathering. I was guaranteed delivery of all of my items prior to paying. I understand that things may not go as planned but they blatantly acted as though it was not a big deal and they did not care. Never will shop here again because they made the mistake and refused to even try to make the situation right. "
"Avoid this store. Do not buy from this company. The salespeople were lost and didn’t know what they were selling. My furniture was purchased in September and supposed to before Christmas. Half the furniture still hasn’t arrived. They called and delayed 4 times now. Now its maybe April 2022. 9 months later. They are literally selling furniture that is not in stock or available in a warehouse anywhere. UNSATISFACTARY. Customer service states the November 2021 delivery date was a “Expected by Date” which gives them permission to deliver whenever the feel like it. I will never go here again the again. "

"First I want to say I understand the delay with Furniture it’s happening everywhere. We have been waiting over 5 months. We purchased our set first week of April it is now September. We was told we would have it in July. They have pushed us back 2 months. We finally get the call to say they have everything is here. First they said we will have delivery Thursday they then call back and say Friday. One of our pieces was at another warehouse. Friday come and no one calls it’s past the dead line I call them.. I wait an 1 hour they pick up and hang up. Call back went to a totally different department they look up my order and say it’s scheduled for next week. I explained I had phone call and have a confirmation text. I finally call my sales lady she is on the case fines the confusion and promise next day delivery.. I have to say she is the best!!! Saturday they come but they have sent wrong bedrails and the guys who delivered said they couldn’t come back today because they have other orders and ours was a special/emergency order in the first place. Not only was the bed rails wrong they didn’t bring the rest of the furniture. So here is my BIGGEST ISSUE AFTER PEOPLE HAVE BEEN WAITING SO LONG AT THE LEAST PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY RECEIVE ALL THEIR ORDER AND THAT IT’S CORRECT!!! That’s the least you could do when people have spent over $5k in your store. You had your cash since April. But we still have no bed to sleep in!!!!"

"Wanted to give ZERO stars! Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Will take you 40-45 mins each time to get thru to customer care. No one at the store will answer the phone either. They cancel your order with no justification and they have no communication between customer care corporate office and the store managers. Please do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. Had such a terrible experience with this store will never ever order anything from them"
"My son and I went in looking for a specific couch. Robert was the sales rep that helped us and he went above and beyond trying to find this couch but they quit making it. We decided to continue to look and Robert allowed us to browse without being right behind us pushing us to buy something but was easily available when we had questions. It was also the fourth of July and that store allowed their sales reps to dress up which was a great aspect too. If you go I'd talk to Robert and work with him without a doubt!"
