"Their customer service, (or should I say what customer service) is pathetic. They never credited me for a return even after I emailed them a copy of the return and called a dozen times and left messages. I have ordered my mailers from them for over 15 years and will never order another item from them ever. I will pay twice as much not to deal with them. If you have never ordered from them before, run...as fast as you can to any other mailer company or you will pay dearly in the end. "
"I have been ordering from them for many years. I get my shipping labels from them. Their products are fine but wait until there is a problem. UPS contracted me that the package was empty and they were going to contact the shipper. . Contacted Valuemailers and they have just absolutely ignored me. Filed a complaint with Paypal and a week later they have not even replied to Paypal. Had problems a couple of other times and the service was just as bad. Stay away from these people unless you like banging your head on the wall."
"Sent wrong boxes, too big for my products. Needed boxes & was out, had to use some of the boxes to fufill my orders because they took 4 days to respond to my concern. They offered a partial refund to keep them, but I'm loosing money every box I send from shipping weight. They wanted me to return for a full refund upon receipt, meaning I have to drive, waste gas & time to return, plus wait. Asked for full refund b/c slow service & it was their mistake. Was told I was extorting them. TERRIBLE CS!!"
"Avoid this company. You can find better quality materials and MUCH better customer service at other companies on Etsy, Ebay or Amazon. The owner, Amanda, is hands down the rudest and most unpleasant human I have ever had to deal with. They claim to ship same day but take more than a week to ship, do not return calls or emails and have started turning their phones off to avoid dealing with customers. Their products are also cheap and usually damaged. Avoid this place at all costs. "
"I ordered record mailers and cardboard stiffeners. The stiffeners came partially damaged. I messaged seller and they asked if a partial refund was ok. I said "yes" but never heard from them again. I sent multiple mails with no response. Also note that the outer box they were shipped in was not damaged. So it looks like they knowingly packed and sent me damaged products. I have ordered from them before. NEVER AGAIN. Good-bye No Value Mailers."
"Thanks ValueMailers for great deals and discount on Bubble mailers every end of the month i used to order Bubble mailers by Valuemailers and every time they deliver my order in perfect condition before time. I am surprised that how ValueMailers have maintained their services that every time they deliver stuff in perfect condition. Thanks valuemailers it was great to shop with you!!!!!!!! Highly Recommended!!!!!!!! "

"Avoid at all costs. Fails to deluver"
"I bought from this outfit for nearly 6 years. Good service and product for the most part. On this particular order it took over 10 days to be received. They told me it had shipped but USPS had not even received the package according to tracking info. And this was days later. So I left a positive FB and said shipping was a little slow. Well guess what? They banned me from buying from them. Are you freaking serious? You lie. Ship slow. Then ban me for questioning it. I wish I could of went back and left a negative. Great customer service. Great job appreciating your long time customers."
"Being the 4th reviewer of this seller, I have to agree with the other three. Avoid this seller if you can!
I had been a valuemailers.com customer for about a year. Then suddenly I started to receive defective products from them. This time it was 400 ft bubble wraps. Half of the bubbles could be extremely easily deflated without any force. This is not acceptable. So I contacted their customer service and asked for exchange or a refund. Guess how they replied? "Please don't order any of such products from us again." And they wanted me to pay return shipping if I wanted a refund. After a couple of unsuccessful emails, I filed a claim to Paypal. And Paypal supported their argument that I need to pay the return shipping! Shame on both of them. I decided to throw them away because return shipping would cost just as much as I would get back.
I also noticed that the quality of bubble mailers I received from them were getting lower and lower by time. I feel that it is my responsibility to let other buyers know that Valuemailers.com doesn't care about their customers. "
"I have been a customer of value mailers.com for a year and had been very happy with their products and their prices up until now. I called today to place an order for 600 bubble envelopes. I spoke to Amanda and told her that there was a problem with some of the #2 envelopes I received in my last order--some of the bubbles were not inflated and were leaving the bottom edge of the books I put into them open to getting dented. Instead of apologizing for this lapse in quality control, she became defensive and said it was my fault for not contacting them within 14 days. I had a box of 200. It takes me about 2 months to get to the bottom of the box. I asked if she was expecting that I go though all the envelopes to inspect them when I receive them. She asked me to repeat what the problem was--apparently she didn't bother to listen the first time. She expected me to pay for the postage to send the envelopes back to her. If she had any good customer service sense in the least, she would have apologized for the problem and offered to send some extra envelopes with my next order. I couldn't believe what I was hearing from her. I said I'd be more than happy to take my business elsewhere. She said, "Okay." How rude. Beware."
"I have been ordering from valuemailers for the last 5 months. I place a fairly large order at least twice a month. They have not completed my order on many occasions.
They will only send half of the order and then I have to follow up with a call. Amanda with valuemailers has poor customer service skills and extremely rude. She was not helpful.
When I informed her of the importance of receiving my packages on time and complete. She suggested that I order sooner. She is implying that I order earlier, so that when they mess up, they have time to fix their error.

"I had been a happy customer for about 2.5 years, and purchased all of my packaging materials from Value Mailers' eBay account. On my most recent purchase, I received a case of much cheaper, flimsier bubble mailers than usual. I contacted the company, asking why I didn't receive the same bubble mailers as usual, and if I could still get them in the future. My questions were ignored, and the person who responded (who claimed to be the owner) told me that the envelopes I received were the ones I ordered, and that all of Value Mailers products are top notch quality, and that I was wrong to complain. Upon further inspection of the cheap bubble mailers, about half the bubbles are not inflated in every single envelope. Again, I emailed the person at Value Mailers explaining the problem, and after 3 days still didn't receive a response. I proceeded to leave negative feedback, and received an email from Value Mailers saying that I had been added to their block list, and to never attempt to purchase anything from them again. I opened an eBay case, and eBay quickly refunded the entire purchase cost of the faulty bubble mailers. I was very upset with how this was handled, especially considering that I had been helping this guy pay his bills for over 2 years, so I decided to leave a negative review of value mailers at Amazon.com. Value Mailers contacted me again via email, this time threatening to pursue legal action against me because of the honest review. Watch out for this company; they do not value their customers, and if you ever have a problem with them, expect to receive rude emails and threats, and don't expect your problem to be resolved."
