Contacted vancaro customer service was ok I had to send several emails with pictures to verify the purchase and condition of the ring it was under warranty.great right? I had to pay the $15 shipping to return it got the new ring about 2 weeks later well the ring lasted a week before the rose fell off and the ring cracked. I will not waste my money on junk. Very pretty jewelry but if it cant stand up to my wife wearing it in an office environment it's not worth it. Kay jewelers is the place I will go next time."
