"I sent multiple emails after ordering my items, they would always avoided my questions. I was suppose to receive the ring and earrings in time for valentine's day which did not happen. I ordered on February 8th and was suppose to get expedited shipping, I live one state away and still came late.
I got an Email from them on February 12th saying last chance to order for valentine's day (4 days after I placed my order). So they were advertising "order and you will have your order in two days" How is that possible.
I had to go out and by my wife a gift locally. I Emailed the several times asking for an RMA, never heard back from them. I just got Pay Pal involved, hopefully I will get my money back.

"I bought this ring as a Valentine's day gift for my girlfriend. I made the selection on Saturday 2/10. And submitted payment. I also went with an extra $9 to expedite. (3-5days) We just received it today 2/22. I felt confident with the positive reviews about prompt shipping. Most in stock item shipped out within 24 hours... so thats Monday 2/12 Wednesday day 3 - friday being the 5th day. But in my case it didn't happen. It may have just been bad timing , busy with Valentine's Day. Maybe I didn't do my homework because I didn't realize this company was based in China. Therefore they were to celebrate the Chinese New Year. I found this out from back and forth emails with customer service who tried to do their part to be helpful but sounded more automated than personal and friendly. Also we had Presidents Day as anorher holiday this week. Another bump or delay in shipping possibly. DHL? I didn't even know these guys were still around. When it all adds up, not counting holidays or weekends, it was still a day or two late. Or a week plus one day later than I really wanted it. But again the ring is beautiful and we are happy with it. Maybe a be little clear on the shipping times around holidays. I understand I should have ordered a few days earlier but my email is open to her I didn't want to take the chance of her seeing it in my email. I really don't like leaving negative remarks or comments in a review, and I hope I don't turn anyone away form making a purchase with this company. This is just my own personal experience. It said 3-5 days time and I ordered it on a Sunday so I figured maybe another day or two added on to that but I was wrong. It said it was an in stock item also. I would probably buy from Vancarro again because I like the ring, but I wouldn’t pay $10 shipping for 10 day delivery. I placed the order on feb 11th and it was delivered on feb 21st. "
"I purchased the Punk necklace which has two skulls facing each other and a pear shaped Garnet between them. The side profile made it look like the two skulls were a heart. My wife's Birthstone is Garnet. It came in a plain box. But inside the box was the necklace itself inside a nice smaller jewelry box. There was also a nice card, a cleaning cloth with cleaning instructions, and a super nice little gift bag. They thought of everything! When i gave it to my wife, she almost cried upon looking at it!! even though she already knew what she was getting! Very happy thank you Vancaro! "

"I purchased the items on February 9th based off of advertising Instagram. My order wasn't enough for the 3-5 shipping so I added in an additional item to make sure I would get it by the 14th. On the 13th I emailed them for info making sure it would be there for my anniversary the following day. I located a customer service number so I called and after waiting on hold for 34 minutes a machine came on and asked me to leave a message... The next day I emailed once more on arrival time frame. No response. That night I received an email about a Chinese holiday and that no one would be available for emails and customer service related issues for a week. I responded to that email and of course no response there. A new ad came out on Instagram so I messaged them on Instagram referencing this whole situation and they still have not responded. Two days pass and I get an email from Lisa telling me I should get it on the 22nd and to reply to the email with any questions. I did within minutes of receiving it referencing the other emails no one has responded to and that the ring is way late, that I had to go to the jewelery store the evening of my anniversary and buy a replacement item since they had yet to deliver it on time. She never responded to that email. Today I came home and it was left on my porch, no signature, no hiding it.
I still have not received one email back from them or a phone call back or a response to my Instagram post and the ring was officially one week late. I will never purchase anything from them again. Thanks for asking.
