"I ordered a part that was supposed to come in 1-4 business days. I was emailed an invoice one day after the order and that was the last time I was contacted for 9 days until I sent them an email and called, both of which were not returned or responded to. I received my package on the 12th day after ordering and later saw that they had the package sitting there for 4 days and only shipped it after I had emailed them."

"I placed an order on 1/8/24 but can seem to get any response about the order status or ETA. I have emailed Vandergriff Toyota parts dept. twice but they have yet to respond. They processed the payment but won't give me any response. There are too many other options with decent service these days. I think I'll try finding one of those options next time. "
