"I purchased my Vapir ONE from a local store, and within a week the unit failed. So I sent it out for a new one, got the new one,and it didn't work. I gave up. They sent me another new one, without me asking, and it works great! Their customer service is incredible! I really thought I bought a piece of junk, but I just had some bad luck. Their contact was amazing, super friendly, and when I gave up, they didn't. I have purchased more items from them since."
