“We are sorry for the mix up on your order. In the rare instance a mistake like this occurs we send out a replacement immediately and include a postage paid package to return the incorrect item so there is no cost to the customer. Unfortunately we have had too many unscrupulous people who called saying they got the wrong part in order to get another one sent and never sent us back the original part. For this reason when doing advanced replacement like this we have to ask for the CVV code from your card (which we do not store in our system for security reasons) so that if the original item does not come back we can charge the card on file. We do not charge the card unless the original item is not returned. Again sorry for the mixup and we hope you enjoy your purchase!”
