"Every Vat19 product I have purchased is great and arrives very quickly! I recently bought the Box of Happy Accidents for $17 and received around $60 worth of items! The only reason is because some of the products had damaged packing, but even then some of the other items had no visible damage at all on the product itself OR the packaging. I also visited the Vat19 tour which was great both times I went. So, in conclusion, Vat19 is a great website which I high recommend to anyone out there."

"When it arrived, I was so excited to see my gummy worm, but It came DEFORMED! It was all gloppy and weird, it didn't even look like a worm! I don't know how this happened, I paid for melting protection, but it wasn't sticky,
it was just shaped kinda like a square and circle mixed together,
plus it was shorter than what it said! I think I can't even see the smiley face on the worm, oop, there it is, all mismatched and deformed. I think this owes to go in the trash can.

"The mystery box that sells for over $35 (not including $5 shipping) is a rip off. Some glow In the dark putty sand a big gimmick candy that looks like a pizza, a pen and a sticker is not worth that amount. I thought this would be a fun Christmas gift for my child. Something containing a fun project like Vat19 is known for. But it was not. I would have just got some glow in the dark putty From Michaels craft store for $1 and a gummy from the mall for $8 and saved the money. When I called customer service they were curt and did not even offer a refund. So don't waste your money."
"I wanted to buy a set of "What Is It" melamine items.....plates that look like paper plates and melamine cups that look like Solo cups. I searched the web and found a site called Vat19.com that beat Amazon's price by a mile. However, there were no reviews on the company. I don't usually like being the guinea pig but this time I took a chance and I'm glad I did. The items shipped the same day UPS for a unbelievably low rate of $5.49 and arrived in 2 days. The bottom of the box had opened up halfway but the items were packed so well there was no damage. Amazing service, price and product just as I expected."
