During our conversation, I made a comment about how much he knew about what he was selling. Brian told me they only sell what they've personally used and approved of, which is why there's a limited selection of quality options on their site.

After I told him that I wanted a home vaporizer which could be carried frequently between two rooms but wouldn't leave the house, he immediately recommended the Vapir NO2 with an extra wall charger. It's battery-powered, so I can move about without interruption, although the chamber heats up much faster when plugged in (no surprises - Brian had already informed me of this). I might've had a tough time cleaning it but he told me his quick way for getting it cleaned out and invited me to email him directly with any questions.

Ordered on a Tuesday, got my shipment on Thursday, got a follow-up call Friday to see if I had the NO2 working (very easy) and was satisfied. Wow.

Shopping sites are increasingly becoming nothing more than portals without any real info or personality. It's refreshing to speak with someone who cares about their business, their products, and especially their customers - not just the margin and conversion rates!

Not only that, but I shopped around and could only find 2 places on the web with a cheaper price ($1 and $1.90 less - hardly a difference) and looking at the sites, I wouldn't have wanted to buy from either of them.
