"I purchased several large items from this company. First off, they didnt ship the items where I selected them to ship. As a result, I ended up going to UPS 4 nights in a row to pick up my purchases. Things kept coming from different locations at different times and none of the tracking numbers matched. Second, I purchased extended warranties on my items. I was told it would take 60-90 days to receive them. It has been over 4 months now and I still do not have the paperwork for those warranties. Venue Customer Service tried to tell me I had to call and find out where the paperwork was. WHAT?!!! Well, I tried and got no where. If a company sells an item, whether it's for/through another company, they should take care of that customer until the transaction is complete and all items have been received. With Venue, that is not the case. Third, I entered in the 10% off promotional code I was given, but that was never applied to my account. I have an email from a Customer Service Rep from 2 months after I place my ordered wanting to know where my 10% off was. I was told they had problems with that and she would work to fix it, but (again) it would take 1-2 billing cycles to show up. That was over 2 billing cycles ago. For 5 months I have paid for items that I havent even received! But, Venue sure wants their money when it's due! I have gotten no response from Customer Service on any of this. I have never had this much trouble, been more dissatisfied, or had such a bad taste in my mouth from a company as I have with Venue. I can only hope this review helps someone out, because there weren't any for me to read before I placed my order. If there had been, it could have saved me from this major headache! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!"
