"I am quite impressed with quality and customer service of Venusworldwide. Last time I purchased same product from another supplier, but stainlesssteel quality was so poor. I am very happy in doing business with Venusworldwide. The main thing which I like most is that tips of blackhead remover kits is so fine that I can remover smallest blackhead with this kit. I will high recommend everyone to VenusWorldwide."

"Very happy with quality of the item I purchased, but customer service has significant problems. Received incorrect item. On the rare occasions this has happened to me with other vendors, the first action of those vendors was to dispatch the correct item as soon as possible. The Venus Worldwide sales manager (Armughan) started off by suggesting I wait for whoever received my item to contact Venus and then he would arrange an exchange. I replied that I did not want to wait an indeterminate amount of time for an unknown person to contact him, nor did I wish to risk receiving a potentially used and/or abused item. Armughan said he would ship a replacement item when it was available. My response was that if it was not in stock then cancel the order. He replied that the item would ship within two days, which it did. Throughout this exchange of emails, Armughan's responses were always next business day. When it came to returning the unwanted item, I asked to be credited the estimated cost of sending the item. Armughan replied that I would received credit for my expense when the item was received. It took some time for me to send it (I'm a 24/7 caregiver and time away from my charge is extremely limited). Allowing several times more time for Armughan to receive the item than it took for his shipments to reach me, I inquired after my reimbursement. No response. Two weeks later I asked again. No response. I strongly suggest that others avoid doing business with this vendor."
