Initially horrible customer service

"*EDIT: I was contacted by another representative who was much more helpful and professional. Unfortunately we had already made adjustments to make the panels work. He then offered a discount on our order. *

Their website is very misleading. Outrageous fees to return items that are incorrect. A complete nightmare of a company. The panels feel very cheap and wobbly. These might last one year with some luck. Do not be fooled by the pretty photos, take your business somewhere else.

Do NOT order from Versare

"We ordered a portable wall and it was delivered without parts and badly damaged. It took Versare over a month to send us a replacement. The replacement arrived yesterday and it was again badly damaged. Their customer service was horrendous. Save yourself the time and energy. "

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

"I ordered a partition and was told that it would take two weeks to arrive. Almost a month later, the partition arrived and the box that it came in was torn completely apart. I was told by the freight company that the wheels were not locked and this was the resultant damage. Once the installer came, he could not install the partition because the hardware was damaged and screws were missing. I sent pictures of the damaged box, the partition and the hardware and was told that this information would be forwarded to a salesperson. I wish that I would have found these reviews before I ordered this partition. It is so sad that they sell you a product and have such poor customer service. "

HORRIBLE COMPANY. CROOKS!

"DO NOT BUY FROM VERSARE! THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY! I bought a $200 partition and needed to return it. I got hit with a huge 20% restocking fee and $90 for round-trip shipping. $130 charge to return a $200 item! They HIDE the restocking fee in the fine print. They are crooks! Thieves! Their customer service stinks too, they are just there to steal your money. Look at all of the bad reviews about them. I WISH I would've seen the reviews before I shopped there."

HORRIFIC COMPANY

"ON MY THIRD PRIVACY SCREEN, BEEN A FEW YEARS SINCE I ORDERED AND WAS HOPING THEY GOT THEIR QUALITY CONTROL IN ORDER BUT THAT WAS TO HOPEFUL. MY MOST RESENT PURCHASE CAME WITH MANY DEFECTS, ONE SCREW HOLE WELDED CROOKED MAKING THE LEG SIT CROOKED, SAME WITH THE BALL ON TOP, TWO PAINT DEFECTS. DIANE CHAPMAN RECEIVED MY EMAILS AND PHOTOS SAYING SHE WOULD FORWARD TO HER BOSS AND HAVE HER CALL BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED AND NOW NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE OR EMAILS. WHY TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS? THEY HAVE HORRIBLE REVIEWS ON YELP AND BBB, HOW DOES THIS COMPANY STAY IN BUSINESS? MADE IN THE USA BY WHO OR WHAT?"
