It is such a hassle and takes so long to fix it wasn’t worth me sending it back. You can never reach anyone by phone, very frustrating. Poor customer service. "

"Hit a very , very thin branch. The P4 came tumbling down. Hit hard. The landing gear was racked up pretty good. It flew okay, but I didn't trust it to stay together. The antennas are in the legs. Vertigo did a great job. Very reasonable price too. Took about 3 weeks, during Covid. Short staffed."

"I had an inspire 1 in for repair and they didn’t have a clue on how to get the parts to repair the damage I sent in in to DJI and it was repaired for $200.00. "
"The people are awesome but the problem is they don’t have any stock. Yuneec says they have it but they don’t. I am still waiting almost 4 months. I bought it on eBay. I really don’t think it is vertigo fault but I would get rid of yuneec it is giving them a bad name. There is a reason why they are the only one left that handles them. I have a h520 and 2 typhoon h. I love but support is terrible. Thank you"

"Free shipping to Vertigo drones was great and I sent in my Typhoon H+. They communicated receipt, parts needed, and my permission to start fixing my drone all in the first week.
Then two months later to the day and after me having to email every couple of weeks to ask for updates, I just asked them to send my my drone back unfixed. Oh, and I had to pay $50 to have my u fixed drone back to me after no repairs were done in 2-months.
As I type that I’m even more dismayed."
"First drone. Flew it a few times. Couldn’t ever get all the features to work. Tangled it in some tree branches and dropped it in the snow. Sent it in for repairs. Got it back and then the batteries wouldn’t charge. Got new batteries and the drone would act erratically, charging into things like the side of the house. Sent in for repairs. Estimated costs were higher than the original purchase price. Gave up. Never got to use it again. "
