"I was originally purchasing a Yuneec 3DR H520 G. Website showed to be In Stock for months. When I ordered, Customer Service contacted me within the next day to tell me that it was on Back Order with a shipment due within 15-45 days.
Approximately 28 days later, I had to reach out to 3 times until I got an answer on the status of my equipment to find out the Yuneec put all shipments on hold for system updates.
Customer Service was able to update my order to a Yuneec H520, but I could have gotten this anywhere within a couple days of my order date.
This has cost me substantial revenue loss."
