Then they also took the time to clarify some confusion on propellers since the actual model of my drone was not clear (cover had been replaced with that of a different model, causing me to want to order the wrong size). This was much better response than I ever expected on a Sunday. ...Customer service these days is a rare thing and these guys still have it!
