No call. Called today not shipped with no real reason why. Cancelled order. Amazingly got cancellation email with in minutes."

As his care giver/pastor, Ivan is often restricted to his wheelchair and his only form of fun is to fly his drones and helicopters. "These guys sold me a part for my drone that shorted out the drone. When I notified them they blamed me at first. They then had me ship in the drone and blamed another repair facility for the problem. I had to pay shipping to get the drone back.
When I sent the drone to the original repair facility, that facility verified that the part was the problem and sent the drone back (Free shipping).
I brought this to the attention of the CEO who than chose to insult me, accusing me of trying to build a Frankendrone.
When writing to the CEO I got this as a response:
"So if I am interpreting this correctly. You were raised in such a way that you are unwilling to accept responsibility for your own actions. I cannot help you with your personal development as we are not in the business to repair a troubled childhood."
