"Ordered some parts for my broken drone. The website showed that they were in stock upon placing the order, I got an email saying that the order would ship in 1 business day. Shipping was 5-6 days. I finally got my order 3 weeks after ordering. The part I ordered went out of stock, and they shipped my order when It came back in stock. I understand running out of stock, but the lack of communication for updating me that they are waiting for a restock would have been very helpful. I finally got my parts and they were just what I ordered, if there was better communication, it would be a 5 star review. "

"As soon as I inquired about a repair to my Typhoon H I was contacted. As soon as they received my drone I received another email. Within a few days I received a email stating the problem and cost. Then came the gap of no contact, was getting worried for several weeks. Finally after a couple attempts to contact them I was emailed stating parts issue, like every manufacturer is have during the COVID 19 pandemic. All said and done my drone is back in my hands and working in A1 condition. Was packed great, sent out UPS and received within a couple days of my invoice being paid. Besides the gap in communication service was awesome. I hope I don't have to use them again, but will if I have any other problems with my drone. "
