No reply after I resent with message stating to file complaint to Small Business Bereau then I finally got reply said they will process refund. I asked for refund including shipping fee, no reply again. Never deal with this sell again."

"I have been buying from VeryAsia for over 5 years. Maybe even 7 years, I can't remember when I found them. I place several orders each year for coffee, food products, and little odds & ends related to both.
Always great prices, and fast shipping.
One nice thing; is that if I place an order and they are out of an item, they will E-mail me and/or call me to see if I want the rest of the items shipped before they ship them. It delays the order a little, but that's very cool. What if one of the items they DO have can't be used because of the item they DON'T have? Then you would be upset if they didn't call you, right?
I thank them for that, and I hope they stay in business for a very long time so I can keep ordering from them.

"Placed an order for a few items on Mar 9, 2012 and waited for a week. No response. Called them using the numbers listed on their website, the carrier said numbers were disconnected (***-***-**** & 1(888) 424-VERY). Call another number (1.***-***-****) @ 9:10am today, Mar 15 and no one picked up the darned phone. All I got was a recording asking me to call back.
While I was writing this review, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and call again at 9:20am and finally talked to a lady who told me the items I ordered were "out of stock" and an email was sent to me on Mar 9 to inform me that my order were out of stock but I never received anything from my mail carrier (Gmail).
I did an immediate check and the items were still listed on their website and you still can place orders for them. What the hell???? They HAVE KNOWN it was out of stock since Mar 9 but still "sell" them on their site?
Perfect!!!! Way to do business, veryasia.
Also, my phone number was listed on the order, why couldn't you CALL me to tell me that my order couldn't be shipped?
To me, it's irresponsibility and disrespect to your customers (especially first time customers).

"I see that I am the first to review this company but I have been motivated to do it because I was impressed with the service I received in the way of speed and packaging.
Yes, the company is probably a little more than 100 miles from me but it's pretty hard to beat what amounts to very fast service plus the way my order was packaged was very impressive in that the two containers of Chili Paste were individually bubble wrapped and then set in a strong cardboard box on those inflated pillows.
Just thought I would pass that on."
