"I placed the order on 06.08.2017, now it's 11.10.2017 and still didn't get the item.
I have sent them 8 e-mails and the only thing that they are saying it is " please wait". When i ordered, shipping period on the site was (8-18 days), but... 60+ days have passed. And my item was insured, i paid extra money to insure the parcel.
It's useless to chat with them. They do not want to return my money. I am necessitated to contact International Customer Care regarding this terrible experience.

"The items I received were very sheer and flimsy, the sizes were also so much smaller than they said. They described 2 items as mini dress, I am 5 ft. and both were very short on me that they look like blouses. When I contacted them to return the items, the first asked if I could take pictures of them so they can see ... are you kidding me? Second, they asked if I can just keep them for someone who might fit them and when I said I would not even give these to strangers because the quality were so bad, they said oh well, you have to ship it back to China and that would cost you more. Also, the items they advertise as beach blankets, they are not even blankets, they are very light material not even like a towel. They could be used as table cover."
"Shame on me for falling for this stuff, twice. No refunds offered and the cheapest, worst sized apparel on the market. The "cute" bathing suit I just bought only came up to the middle of my rib cage. I'm only 5'4"! Barely fit my 9 year old neighbor. The shorts jumpsuit? was thinner than a cheap men's undershirt you get at the dollar store. And, since they can't ship stuff at once, I'm sure the dress I bought will be just as disappointing. Things can be made inexpensively, but deceitful representation is disgusting. NEVER VESSOS. Ever. They should be ashamed of themselves."
"So far ordering from this company has been a nightmare. Never again. I order on 7/17 and have received anything. Half my order has shipped as of 7/27, but I haven't received anything. The two main items I ordered haven't shipped yet and customer service is a joke. Wish I never ordered from them."
"I ordered a few round blankets and paid for expedited shipping to my vacation location. Their expedited delivery time was indicated as 5-7 business days. However, what they don't tell you is that it takes them 1-8 business days to get your order ready in the first place!
Even after I paid expedited shipping, they sent my order ground service, adding an additional 6 days. Needless to say, my items never arrived to the destination where I was vacationing. My order was lost.
I've made several attempts at contacting this company. They operate out of China and have zero interest in helping you. They refuse to issue a refund or to contact me. They are crooks. Please don't do any business with them!"
"Items did not match the design on the photos on the website. Costumer service is really poor: they do not issue full refunds, instead negotiate 15/30% refund/discount. They mentioned 'that there were not many differences', and that the products were not' as perfect as I thought'. I would not advise you to shop from Vessos. "
"Where is my order!?! I placed order for 3 items and paid for expedite. 1st item sent next day. 2nd a week later. 3rd not even sent yet(3 weeks later) Tracking numbers say can not locate any items. The product you receive does not match the pictures. Not the right sizes. Not the same prints, not the same shape, poorly manufactured with pockets down at your stomach instead of chest. Horrific customer service and zero return options as they do not provide return resolution even when the product is unwearable!! Horrible customer service department too! Unwilling to help even though they state they will do whatever to make you happy! ALL LIES!!!!!"
"There is a reason they don't have a review section, because they would have the worst ratings! I ordered via the website on Feb 22nd, and paid for expedited shipping. The first item began it's journey on time, 5 days on 2/27. Considering it was probably a fairly popular item, that seems pretty reasonable. Once shipped on 2/28, it took 13 days to receive my first item on the 12th of March, a total of 19 days It took 15 days for the second item to begin the shipping process alone. It's currently in transit and just making it's way through the US, so I'm expecting it tomorrow or the next day. Tomorrow will make a month since I ordered my items. Considering I bought these items for a trip to CA, and that has already come and gone, my purchases are pretty much pointless now. The item I did receive, a cute bikini that has cutouts, is flimsy and made of cheap material. The clasp that holds the top together is very cheaply made, and I have no doubt that it will break after very little use. I think the thing that really frustrates me is paying for the expedited shipping. It's a rip-off that just makes them more money, and has no benefit from what I've gathered. As far as the quality, you're really getting what you pay for. If you order (I won't be again), prepare to wait forever and save your money on the expedited shipping, it's not worth it. And these clothes aren't for long term use, they won't last."
"I love the tops I ordered from Vessos. I have been looking online and in several stores for the longer tunic style tops and found several great options at Vessos. Yes shipping takes longer because it's coming half way around the world but shipping is FREE. I also received 15% of my first order. Great deal, great products. "
