" The shirt ran two sizes smaller than normal. When I contacted the company they requested a picture of the problem and stated I would have to pay shipping to send the shirt back to them. They did not offer a full refund. They stated the shipping may be more than the cost of the shirt. The shirt was made out of cheap thin material. Don't order from them!"

"Check their facebook page. There are only complaints about this company. Delivery takes 10-25 days according to them, but it actually takes longer if you receive your order at all. I placed an order on 12/3. I found a tracking number under my account on their website. DHL says it's an invalid number. This is as of 12/21. I don't have my dress and they have not responded to my email. I am not the only one with problems with this company. Beware. You get (or don't) get what you pay for."

"After reading the reviews on the Christmas dresses I was pretty worried about if my dress would make it on time or even make it at all, but some people just have bad experiences in one way or another but I myself however did NOT! I did recieve my order and received it in plenty enough for Christmas and customer service was absolutely AMAZING! Anytime I messaged them or had a question they replied the same day and made sure they did all they could to do to make sure I was a satisfied customer! ! THANK YOU!!"

"Terrible experience. First, coupon codes wouldn't work. Then, online chatted with customer rep who barely spoke English. When the conversation was finished, I was asked to rate her performance. Should she be rewarded or "punished"!!! Received confirmation which said order would be sent out in 24 hours. Over the next 2 weeks I kept getting emails saying different items were out of stock even though the order should have shipped days before. Finally, had to open a dispute with PayPal and got my money refunded."
