"My dog was on intensive care dog food that needed to be put through a peg tube. This was the only seller in the nation I could find so I was dependant on this food for my dogs FOOD...it took about 10 days from order to arrival...so I had to learn over time to order in advance which I finally did! Just as I did...the vet determined that my dog could once again eat by mouth and took out the tube. It is bad enough to have a dog so sick it even needs this food, but then to have the only seller in the nation refuse to take a return of a 218 product that I just received 2 days ago and is still unopened...this is really bad business practice and is shameful considering the fact that we are already paying exhorbitant vet bills and just trying to keep your pet alive."

"When my package arrived, it looked like the FedEx man played rugby with it earlier in the day -- severely damaged. "After adopting a new pup with medical issues I had to find a place to fill his prescriptions for a more reasonable price. I was charged $110 for one of them at a local pharmacy. This little pup has glaucoma and needed his meds to keep his sight. The adopting source was a vet from a city 2 hours away from us.
My local vet did not stock the medication. This is a difficult time for communication between vet, pharmacy and owner so a lot of complications were involved.
