"On 08/06 I placed an order for Denamarin to treat my little dog. The seller gave a false tracking number, yesterday 06/22 Amazon asked for an explanation and this seller said he had forgotten to report that he had no more merchandise .... (?? !!!), it is shameful and disrespectful, my dog lost the treatment, made me lose time to keep my money, because he never had the medicine and he never informed me, he only tells me that if I wait he will give me a discount in the future. My dog's health is my point. I hope Amazon gets these clowns out. They are not to be trusted."
"The USPS carrier failed to track and left my small order outside the locked mailbox, so I never received it. Over the phone, VIC agreed to refund my payment. Later they reneged via email and stopped communication. I paid for nothing. First total rip off in many years of infrequent online purchases.
VIC got paid, USPS got paid, I got played.
I won't use them again and neither should you."

When I contacted them regarding this I was told they would not refund the extra money I paid -- "it was not their policy". I paid THEM for the shipping, not the shipper yet they would assume no responsibility. Would not deal with them again. "
