"We placed an order in December for 2 crystal tumblers. Our card was charged the full amount immediately. The website indicated that the products would ship in 7 to 10 days. As of March 19th, despite numerous calls, and assurances that "Your order will ship shortly" we still had not received anything. On March 20th we called and canceled our order. Within 10 minutes we received a call and multiple emails (interesting since they had claimed difficulty sending email to us earlier) that our order had indeed shipped - did we want to proceed. We said yes. Five days later the order arrived - with only one tumbler. The quantity on the printed list had been changed manually - something we did not approve and of which we were never informed. Avoid doing any business with this company. Their slightly lower prices cost too much in the long run."

"Horrible on line merchant! Took the order and billed my credit card. Items backordered... finally, I found items elsewhere and cancelled this order. But, they will not issue refund/credit in a timely manner. What's with that? My advice is to avoid this poor service vendor."
