Never received my refund

"I bought facial oil for my girlfriend and, upon recieving the product, I noticed it looked different from the product images online. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me the discoloration meant the facial oil was old and that I should seek a refund. I followed Vickerey's instructions to send the product back but I never got my money back. Avoid doing business with Vickerey!"

Terrible Customer Service

"I've been processing a return with Vickerey for 3+ weeks. I've called twice and finally today they issued my refund. However, they shorted me nearly $15. Now I have to call them back and fight for my money. I care about sustainable clothing, which is why I bought from them. But I also care about being treated right---and this is far from right. Do not order from this company. I, for sure, never will again."
